I really appreciated how the Subaru team seamlessly worked with each other to help me drop off my vehicle and get into a loaner vehicle and back on the road for an appt. They finished before I was home from the appointment so I was able to come directly back and get my vehicle. The employee also helped move my groceries from the loaner to my vehicle! That’s awesome~ as I felt like I was being treated as family and someone that mattered. :) More

They were 5 stars until the last two experiences. Customer service was poor with Tyson and good with Mike. It used to be excellent. They were both friendly but they missed the mark.
