I had several Subaru dealers to choose from, including some that participated in a TicketsatWork Employee Auto Buying (EAB) program that was available to me through my employer. I compared prices and fees and found those charged by Wayne Subaru to be competitive and fair, despite the fact that Wayne Subaru was not an EAB program participant. I took my time deciding which model to purchase, and Ken and Mike were very patient with me. The final purchase process was simple, and all went well on the day I purchased my new Subaru Forester Hybrid. I was pleased to meet owner Bob Lesko, who remembered me by name and treated me kindly. I enjoyed working with Ken and Mike, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to family members and friends. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase, and my choice of the Wayne Subaru dealership. Although my father sold cars, I dread car dealerships and their shifty bait and switch tactics to draw you in. When I ended up needing 2 cars in a week due to age and "fatal" issues, I was not looking forwar their shifty bait and switch tactics to draw you in. When I ended up needing 2 cars in a week due to age and "fatal" issues, I was not looking forward to the replacement process...dollars aside. Wayne Subaru was recommended by a trusted friend, as was Ken K. So, I went in after searching others dealerships and seeing $1000s in fees "miraculously appear" on great priced vehicles. Ken was professional, non-threatening and present to answer your questions about the vehicles for which he is proud of. Then came the dreaded, "let me talk to my manager" moment...Mike P was great! Showed me a strong price and excellent fees. Oh...but then...the " shifty aftermarket person" - undercoating, etching, oh my...Jason was not that at all and is also great..."we only offer a few items and here they are"...no pressure at all. Wait, why is my blood pressure not rising? It was because, Ken, Mike, Jason and then introduce Edwin, who walked us through the car with great skill, were all amazing, personable, acting with integrity and made this as pleasurable as possible when parting with money...ha. Turned out I needed to do a second time in a week...equally as great of an experience. I highly recommend Ken and all those at Wayne Subaru. More
