Review and Suggestions for Vehicle Service First, service personnel are extremely knowledgeable & competent, friendly, accommodating, and thorough. They typically go "above and beyond" on customer service. Extras like washing your car, taking the time to answer my questions in detail, Perks to me overall include prompt & fast service, nice waiting area & refreshments. A suggestion to improve would be to drop by waiting area and give customer progress update on service lasting longer than an hour or longer than expected. This has been done on occasion, but perhaps a routine practice would make otherwise great service excellent. A suggestions for Subaru overall would be to maybe say something like, "while you're waiting for your car, why not drop by and talk to one of our salesmen to check out the new year models & features, or by the financing agent if you have any questions about leasing vs. purchasing, current or new financing options", etc. More

Sercice Jist moved to NOLA from Dallas. The only thing I can recommend is that your car be washed after the service. That was an automatic in Dallas and it wa Jist moved to NOLA from Dallas. Poor communication and and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I have dealt with many dealerships for my automobiles over the last 40 years. I loved Stivers Subaru in Atlanta where I bought this car. They were GR I have dealt with many dealerships for my automobiles over the last 40 years. I loved Stivers Subaru in Atlanta where I bought this car. They were GREAT. I HATE BRYAN SUBARU. I hate their lack of communication in the service department, and I hate the automated phone message telling me how much they appreciate my business. (If they really appreciated my business they would actually pick up the phone and have a real person call me, P L E A S E!) They have no idea about how to provide customer service - PERIOD. I actually called them and ask for the roadside assistance number and they had to transfer me twice, finally to the sales team who told me to get the number off the window of the car. Frankly, I knew the number was on the window but I wasn't with the car. These examples really make me want to buy some other type of car next time around. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BAD in any industry. More

Good service with a respect I got a great service. It’s a surprise as I got a free battery changing for almost two years used.
