Outstanding experience. Mike Roman was very courteous and not pushy. He went the extra mile to find a used car in my budget and spent a lot of time with me. Mike Roman was very courteous and not pushy. He went the extra mile to find a used car in my budget and spent a lot of time with me. More

I submitted an online inquiry and was given some approximations of what to expect money wise. Within a day I received a call from someone to discuss the vehicle more in depth. We chatted several times over email and phone and I had mentioned that we would be driving 2 hours to get the vehicle and wanted to drive it home that day. This was encouraged. Great! 1.5 hours into our drive down I receive a call that the vehicle was sold. Wonderful. Thankfully we had taken time off of work and moved schedules around. That being said, we decided to go see what the dealership had and hopefully not end up with a total waste of time. Apparently Castle Subaru Mitsubishi works with a 3rd party phone center for all calls. The person I had been working with wasn't even an employee on site. We ended up finding another vehicle, in different color other than what was preferred and with a different package. After some discussion we bought that vehicle. The salesman that we worked with was helpful and I got the feeling that he wanted to fix things but in my opinion, and this is the fault of the dealership, not the salesman; people should be told that the car they are coming to buy may be sold out from under them. I understand what "First come first serve" means, but when you're told you will be able to drive home with the new car; they shouldn't be selling it from under you. More
