Excellent Service I purchased my Toyota Tacoma in 2007 from Classic Toyota in Waukegan. Living in Niles I immediately began taking my truck to Bredemann Toyota for all I purchased my Toyota Tacoma in 2007 from Classic Toyota in Waukegan. Living in Niles I immediately began taking my truck to Bredemann Toyota for all of its service. My first service consultant was Mike Cooper who is now the service manager and he was always professional and never steered me wrong. Now the service consultant I deal with is Mike Schneider. He is awesome. I have been dealing with Mike for about 4 years now. Very professional guy and very trustworthy. I love having my truck serviced at Bredemann. Just had it in for an oil change and brake job and they did an excellent job. Great dealership and when I am ready to buy a new Tacoma I will be shopping here. Keep up the great work Bredemann. More

GREAT PEOPLE ON STAFF At the end of August, we purchased a new Toyota RAV4 and are very happy. This is the 6th car we have purchased from the Bredemann family starting in 1978. We have purchased 1 Buick, 2 Toyota, 1 Lexus and 1 Scion, and now a RAV4. The RAV4 was made possible by our sales person, Dave Lurie, and the sales manager, Brian Monks. They were both a real pleasure to work with. With regard to their service department, they do a fine job in accommodating their customers. As far as we are concerned, they have a winning team of personnel! More

The work is always thorough and very professionally done and I love the friendly welcoming atmosphere when I bring my car in. The entire service staff is terrific and has kept my Camry in tip top shape!!! More

We have had a long and great relationship with this dealership, going back almost 25 years, highlighted by both excellent sales and service. On the sales side, we would like to especially mention the caring and highly professional manner of Nestor Ambrosio from whom we have purchased several new cars in recent years. We appreciate Nestor's integrity - - he is a wonderful representative of Bredemann as is the local sales manager, Brian Monks. We also love the service at Bredemann. Worth a special mention is the excellence of service consultant Shawn Holden who has become a trusted advisor to us in caring for our Toyota vehicles over the long haul. You can not go wrong buying a new car at Bredemann Toyota ! ! More

Beware of the service department The service department at Bredemann Toyota will fleece you by trying to sell unnecessary repairs. Take you car in at your own risk. Shortly after the service advisor Michael Schneider told my dad that the power steering rack was leaking and it would cost $2100 to fix it. The manager looked at the car and discovered that someone doubled up on the washer to widen the gap and make the fluid leak on purpose. SHAME ON YOU FOR TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY! Michael Schneider and other dishonest mechanics should lose their job for being unscrupulous thieves! I will tell all my friends and relatives to stay away from Bredemann. More

Impressive Treatment Our budget was very limited, we had shopped around, and were also willing to walk if we couldn't find a good deal. But they stayed with us until we c Our budget was very limited, we had shopped around, and were also willing to walk if we couldn't find a good deal. But they stayed with us until we could find a car that met our requirements. In fact, I ended up with a much nicer car than I expected on my budget terms. We think the car was so new to their inventory that they weren't prepared to sell it yet. It was quite dirty, but they cleaned it up before we left. We found scratches on the hood which were touched up 3 days later. When I pointed out black scuff marks on the backside of the front seats, it was immediatley cleaned up. When I picked the car up after the touch up, the salesman even showed me how to set up my Bluetooth. Driving home the first day we had low tire pressure on one tire, filled it up, and it happened 2 days later. Brought the car back and we ended up with a new tire. Every person we were in contact with were professional, friendly, helpful, and definitely made us feel they wanted to help us. They are all chedked below. One other important factor. In spite of our limited budget, they did not embarass us or make us feel humiliated. Jean C. More

Service Department I made an appointment and was told that my wait would be about 20 minutes. A simple oil change ended up in a 2 hour wait. I was becoming impatient and when I came up to the service desk after almost two hours, the representative simply said "Oh yeah, I have your keys right here." Needless to say, service was extremely disappointing. More

The sales consultant (Dave Lurie) was gracious, friendly, patient and knowledgeable demonstrating the various operations of the Camry.and in explaining the different options available in purchasing the car. I received a subsequent offer to review and refresh the various accessories and operations with the sales staff. The sales and service staffs were also helpful and courteous at all times. My rating is FIVE STARS. More

Service Dept was great Had my 10,000 oil change and tire rotation appointment today. Mike Schneider told me it would be a couple of hours. So I set up shop with internet, coffee and settled in for the wait. Imagine my surprise when he came in less than an hour later, and told me it was all done and ready to go! Super friendly, super efficient and super easy in and out. Thanks, Mike! More
