They were able to get me in for service on short notice. I had to change my appointment at the last minute because I was going to be 30 minutes late. They did some work on my truck and when i picked it up, the truck had a loud tick. Ended up that the tech replaced sparkplug and never connected the spark plug wire on 2 cylinders the truck had a loud tick. Terrible service, my father who is older and doesn’t know how to word things told service to fix the front camera on a 2016 ford transit connect.. and they said they fixed it but there is no camera on this v how to word things told service to fix the front camera on a 2016 ford transit connect.. and they said they fixed it but there is no camera on this vehicle in the front makes no sense for them to say they fixed it. On top of that they said the parking sensors were working when the vehicle left that’s completely false I drove the van home and the parking sensors did not go off, and when I went to drop off the vehicle for a 3rd time, I waited for a guy to answer 3 separate phone calls and then walk to the back and then address me while I waited there for 15-20 minutes very unprofessional dealer in my experience. More
