No pressure no hassles, Mike Siminske was an absolutely great salesman, very patient, friendly and knowledg. I wouldn't go anywhere else after my experience here. Don’t go here they sold me a lemon ! !! I got a ram 1500 from them and with in 4 months I already have a check engine light. I got warranty with my vehicle so I would not have to worry !! So I made a appointment to bring my vehicle in the first thing they tell me I’m going have to leave my vehicle for a couple days. Mind the fact it’s my only vehicle and I just got it. They also was telling my the warranty doesn’t cover the diagnosis. And the guy who was working the service desk absolutely useless. Couldn’t even call my warranty company to see if they could cover my service and not even that would not even give me the number nothing. Absolutely helpless.(every one in service department was looking in the office like why this black guy here hopefully they don’t start no trouble and they are from Nework) I mad a service appointment so I can drop off my car not to service my car the same day. I thought I mad a service appointment for vehicle to be serviced the same day. But unfortunately they do not service your car the same day. The appointment are pointless. My truck went into the shop for 3 weeks and all they fixed what a leaking coolent hose. But when I went back to pick it up it still had problems and I need to get to work because they said the car was ready and it wasn’t. So they told me I have to leave it long so they can fix it. I said I need to get to work why you told me you fix it and then I come from my house by train and taxi and then tell me my car need to stay long when you told me the car was going be ready. But yet again I had no choice because this is my only car and they know it after being in the shop for 3 weeks. I didn’t get a loaner car or nothing I was struggling. The dealer ship got paid and I still have broken car. And my car is still over heating. Worse dealership ever they sold me a lemon, and they knew it. That’s why they made me sign against my lemon law rights. Don’t go here!!!! This people don’t really care about you but your money More
