A+ experience right from the beginning. Mike Toomey convinced me the RAV 4 XLE was the car for me and he was spot on! I had to wait for about a month for the car to come in and I was so surprised to have my salesman, Phil Le contacting me every step of the way to let me know where my car was and when it would be arriving! The car came in on Phil's day off but he came in to show me the car and finalize the paperwork! On his day off ~ who does that these days?? Certainly no other dealership that I have dealt with! I then met with Phil Scott ~ the finance manager ~ and he was so knowledgeable and walked me through the the steps answering all the questions I had! This was on Friday and when I arrived on Monday, Mike and Phil were there to greet me! They went over all the features and pointed out all the "extras"!! Everything is final and I'm on my way! Idalia Flores brought my car up to the door and went over a few tips and Hamed Abusahiba kindly hooked up my phone to the car and the Toyota app! And off I went in my new smoking hot Red Ruby Flare Pearl RAV 4 XLE!!! I have never been so satisfied and I will tell you now that I will recommend Phil to anyone I know looking for a car! More
