All good!! My wife and I went there just to look and came out buying a new 2022 Lincoln Nautilus. We met up with Mr. Tudor who was referred by my friend. He was on the Ford side and introduced us to Mr. Abel out buying a new 2022 Lincoln Nautilus. We met up with Mr. Tudor who was referred by my friend. He was on the Ford side and introduced us to Mr. Abel. I dread salesmen, but he was down to earth. Enjoyable and professional. Oh, then came Faith Ganem who explained to us all the bells and whistles. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Faith is young but has a great future. Mike Murdock made the paperwork a breeze. My experience was totally painless. Would I go back? Sure would. More

What great customer service!!! My wife and I walk in and within an hour we are out the door with a beautiful new car at age great price! And all because of Austin Griffin! Hard working and adaptable I had a pretty great experience at Bozard. I'm not made of money so they worked with me to find a truck and keep the price realistic. I ended up at a higher monthly payment than I would have liked, but thats sort of the name of the game. I feel great about the purchase and the peace of mind in having a great warranty. Hopefully I can pay the truck off quickly and head back to Bozard for a brand new one! I would also like to shout out Rick for helping me get out of there quickly when I was in a time crunch as the day went on. Buying a vehicle is stressful and he personally made it easier on me. More
