This was my second appointment for shocks to be replaced. It went fine, but my Sat appt prior did not work. I was to wait, but due to staffing I was told it would take about 4 hours. That was not good It went fine, but my Sat appt prior did not work. I was to wait, but due to staffing I was told it would take about 4 hours. That was not good at all, so I left and rescheduled. A waste of time. Also, no car wash. After spending 500+ dollars, a clean car would be nice. Maybe some arrangement nearby could be arranged. I went into Wayzata and did it myself. My service tech was great though. More
