I reviewed all the information on the truck, did some research, and after some e-mail exchanges and a few phone calls, reached a deal with Mike. We set up a time to meet, he had the truck all ready, we test drove and did the paperwork. Everything was just as we spoke about and saw online. No surprises. There were no hidden fees so you knew exactly what you were financing before they pulled the numbersame for a loan. This is the first time I have experienced that. The vehicle I was looking at was used and had a check engine light on. He didn't hesitate to get that fixed. I asked him if he could get me a part for the truck that I bought and he and his team went out of Their way to go to another dealership and pick up the part without hesitation.
