Safety recall is now going to cost me $800 because I had work done on the problem part prior to getting the recall order from Chrysler. I guess not losing money on an extra part that needs to be replaced in work done on the problem part prior to getting the recall order from Chrysler. I guess not losing money on an extra part that needs to be replaced in addition to the recalled part in order to make the full “Safety” recall repair is far more important to Jeep/Chrysler then actually making sure the vehicle is safe.
