No mystery price hikes, no pushy sales, no deception or cover ups. They started at MSRP on the sticker price with full explanation of all costs and services. The add-ons were reasonable and optional instead of the standard "It's what we do" nonsense. Service was outstanding from sales floor to finance. The service desk and operation looked clean, organized, and streamlined, so we look forward to bringing back our vehicle for service needs. Mikey Garcia and the entire staff operated with integrity, friendliness, and concern to meet our needs without a secret agenda. They were there to sell cars, but didn't have commission on their minds to try to convince us of anything that didn't work for us. They didn't pretend to be something they aren't and beat every competitor challenge including pricing, options, product explanation, insurance packages, and financing.
