Initially, I had an appointment but upon arrival they couldn't locate the person I was supposed to meet. As I was walking out, the sales manager, Nick stopped and apologized, and offered to personally as couldn't locate the person I was supposed to meet. There was the numbers game back and forth instead of the bottom line from the beginning as requested. Although I had my own financing and picked my car, it still took 3.5 hours to get out of there. I came back on Monday to bring my bank check and the car was not detailed or ready. I had to wait again. I'm actually normally easy to please but because the detailing was rushed, it wasn't complete. When I showed my sister my new purchase, she said "they didn't do a very good job detailing it" and pointed out the dirt on the doors, spots on the console, etc.. At this point I was ready to be done with the car buying process and just let it go. However, there were 2 individuals, Mikias and another guy who checked with me frequently and on the delays to update me although they weren't my sales people. All in all, I give the dealership a 3.5 Room for improvement for sure. It's a beautiful car though. More
