I went through terrible experiences with the others nothing but true professionalism at Jim Ellis. There cars are in impeccable condition, priced fairly and they are honest and stand behind their cars. The service experience has been exceptional as well. Milo at Volkswagen of Chamblee is a hard working, kind and honest salesman. He helped us purchase a car for my son. He worked hard to track down the inventory in our price range and was able to dedicate as much time as we needed to make a decision. He is just the type of person you want to purchase a car from. He makes it a pleasurable experience. I would not hesitate to recommend him. He is very knowledgeable about the cars as well. Happy Car Shopping!!!! More

I found the car I eventually bought posted on autotrader.com, and I scheduled a test drive the same day. Millo Antola got me into the car almost as soon as I arrived. He was able to answer all my questions and even helped me expedite my outstanding TDI claim (I still needed to accept my final offer for the buyback option). I decided to buy the car, which was in excellent condition, thanks to the buyer friendly price. They had me in the driver seat, on my way home the next business day. The only supposed blemish being the sunroof having difficulty opening and closing. However, Millo had the service department better align the roof, after which, I couldn't notice any deficiency. This dealership is very customer focused, and I would highly recommend buying from them provided they have a vehicle you're interested in. More

Millo was very sincere and did not preasure me in my decision on purchasing the car the same day. I didn't purchase the car that day I left and thought about it and returned on a monday .I then had a chance to Meet Robby Boleman the sale manager who was very accommodating on my requests and needs and together with Lance Jeter the finance manager were able to make this deal happen . Needless to say I am very pleased and happy with these gentlemen. They have made my car buying experience a joy. More

I was ready to give up for the day - it was hot and muggy - but I remembered that I had received a text message from Millo at Jim Ellis VW. My friend and I decided to just check out the inventory at the dealership online, and I found a car that met all of my criteria. I sent Millo a text, and he told me to get right in because it wasn't going to last. My hopes were not up, since I had already been disappointed that day, but I went and the car was everything as advertised. Millo took the time to make me comfortable with the decision to buy. He was attentive, personable, and never once seemed like he was trying to push me into a deal. He treated me like a sister, making sure I understood everything before completing the sale. I drove off with a new car that afternoon. I would highly recommend not only the dealership, but specifically Millo Antola, to anyone buying a car. I will definitely be paying Jim Ellis VW a visit again the next time I'm in the market for a car. More
