I find it nice to go back every few years and see the same faces in the dealership , this tells me it must be a good place to work at ,as auto dealerships tend to have a very high turnover rate in my opinion. He had an outstanding knowledge of the car, was black and white with me in terms of financing options, which didn't waste my time at the dealership. IT was by was the BEST salesman I have ever leased a car from (I leaved 16 so far). He followed up with a call if I was happy about the purchase and helped me fix a flat tire that I got 3 days after my purchase by my fault - and did it on the house. What a great service from this gentleman. Great job was done also by Matt Diamond in explaining me the warranties, use of the manuals, and general help. I felt he was extremely kind and approachable. He answered all of my questions. Lastly, Stephen Fioyavante did the closing experience very enjoyable as he was ready to close the deal and was prepared with all docs. More
