Buying my 2nd Sienna in 18 months Last week I drove into the dealership to have my new tires rotated. I left an hour and a half later with a new Sienna. I purchased a new Sienna 18 months ago and drive lots of miles. On an earlier service visit I talked with my salesman, Jeff Pagel, and asked him to run some numbers on when it would be advantageous to trade in my 2014 for a new one, without adding much to the monthly payment. He ran the numbers and it didn't work at that time. When I ran into him last week, the interest rate had changed and he had the vehicle on the lot I was interested in. He and the general manager worked with me and we struck a deal that was very similar to the one I had agreed to a year and a half earlier. I now own a 2015 Sienna with 0 miles on it. Thanks to Jeff and GM for working a deal that I couldn't refuse. I have dealt with this dealership now for about 4 years and it is all top shelf. More

New Camry My wife and I were looking to take advantage of the 0% financing while upgrading to a family car. We loved the 2015 Camry we test drove with D'Arcy. My wife and I were looking to take advantage of the 0% financing while upgrading to a family car. We loved the 2015 Camry we test drove with D'Arcy. The dealership's offer for my wife's Yaris was well above what we were expecting, and then they went even higher when another dealership offered more. They matched the price and got us into a great vehicle that we hope to have for a long time. Everyone we dealt with was great! More

We had done our homework and narrowed down our choices to the new 2014 Sienna LE, a used 2013 Sienna LE, or a new 2013 Toyota Highlander. We called a day ahead and made an appointment to drive said vehicles the new 2014 Sienna LE, a used 2013 Sienna LE, or a new 2013 Toyota Highlander. We called a day ahead and made an appointment to drive said vehicles. When we arrived, Jeff had them ready for us. It was a cold MN day and he showed us the vehicles in the service entry area. We eliminated the used immediately, but drove the Highlander, then the Sienna. Jeff was not at all pushy. Very laid back demeanor. We made our decision to buy the Highlander based on vehicle size, luxury amenities, location of dealership, online reviews of dealership, 0% financing and the feeling of trust in Jeff. Probably should have negotiated better, but realize businesses are there to make money, and hate the back and forth hassle. We appreciated the open area concept provided for customer/salesmen negotiations. Mitch in the finance department was very thorough and respectful. Since we have not yet experienced the service department, our opinion there, along with the performance of the vehicle, will make or break our decision to become a repeat customer. More

If I could, I would give this dealership a 10! I just drove home my Ford Edge, and I was smiling the entire way. I talked to Amber a few times on the phone, discussing a few different things and when my husband was going to get out from his meeting on base late, we knew we weren't going to make it to the store before they closed-- BUT They waited! I was so greatful to walk in the doors and be happily greated by the team. I am so HAPPY this is where we decided to purchase our new vehicle, and I can't thank them enough. They were so helpful, so nice, and they made us feel so great about our purchase. Everyone was so friendly, and I am just so impressed that they were willing to wait for us and they all just made the whole process that much better. THANK YOU, I would recommend them to anyone, and when I buy a car in the future, I will hopefully be able to return to St. Cloud Toyota!!! More

We were looking for a used Camry and found one on CarSoup that was on the lot at St. Cloud Toyota. We called to confirm if the car was still on the lot before driving from St. Paul. It was. We walked in and Mitch Evens was at the desk, ready and willing to help us. He answered our questions and we went for a test drive. We agreed on a price. While they were finalizing the paperwork and prepping the car, we grabbed a quick lunch. When we returned, we signed the necessary documents and the car was ready to go. Mitch was great throughout the entire process. He made sure the tank was full and two Pepsis were in the beverage holder for us. This was one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. Mitch was friendly, knowledgeable and really took care of our family! He answered every question we had and worked hard to make sure we had a good buying experience.
