If I had been offered a decent interest rate instead of the 8.49% I would hold the note for a while. I have maintained a rating in the 800s and frankly was shocked.
Also, I'd give Karen a 5 star but that leaves no room for improvement...she can punch me in the arm when I bring the car in for service.
