If you pay this much for a vehicle I should not pay $100 for an oil change. If Yellowstone wanted this vehicle back in the best shape possible it would pay for all oil changes and services!!! Kenny helped us find the vehicle we were looking for. He was cordial and fun, even showing us pictures of his new puppy! He knew all the info we needed and was very helpful. At one point, she mentioned the monthly payment and I knew I couldn’t afford it. She said, “I’ll be right back,” and she kept at it! Delana made our purchase easy. We had been looking for a Highlander for awhile, in a specific color, and because they are in such high demand, we were coming up short in all of our We had been looking for a Highlander for awhile, in a specific color, and because they are in such high demand, we were coming up short in all of our searches. Late Saturday night, my husband expanded his search and found the exact model I wanted. He emailed an inquiry and Monday morning at 8:15, Delana was making contact. Two hours later we had a downpayment to hold the vehicle, a trade-in offer and a contract drawn. All over the phone. We drove from Elko, NV (a long drive) putting us at the dealership the next morning at 10a, on Delana's day off. She met us there, walked us thru setting up the Toyota app, and handed us the keys. We were on our way within an hour. We really cannot say enough about Delana and Yellowstone Motors. Thank you! More
