I have been working with Paragon for the past 15yrs. I have never been disappointed. After purchasing more than 6 acuras and referring countless friends and family, they have remained honest, reliable, I have never been disappointed. They also seemingly handled Covid and turnover well ! The core group has changed But….they seem to be continuing to add to the core group! The renovation of the service department… well that just speaks for itself!! I was carrying debt from lease to lease… They Refused to let me purchase until my lease ran out! They said it wasn’t Happening! Go buy it somewhere else!! They seemingly deal with their problems in balance! They appear to be more focused on their workers than a decade before! Why perfection in not on anyone’s table, I’m perceiving their upside definitely exceeds their downside. That’s a major reason.. not the only reason… I’M STILL THERE!! More
