My husband and I both bought our vehicles from finch in 2015 and 2016. My husbands truck had rusted out and he took it to finch because it was under warranty. They declined to fix it telling my husband that he missed one service. We did not miss any service and after 4 trips to your lot he was sent an email stating they were not going to fix it under warranty. 3 months later my car started to rust on the bottom near the door. After numerous trips to your lot they sent an estimate and again we received a email stating that we had missed service on my car as well which was a total lie as I keep track of everything. When that excuse didn't work they sent an email stating where the rust was wasn't covered. We have always bought our vehicles from Finch but my husband just bought a brand new truck from Chevrolet and I will be replacing mine at the end of July but I will not be buying from you as well. You have lost two sales and numerous clients and friends being told about Finch. When we bought our vehicles they would bend over backwards to help us any way they could but after this time you have done nothing but give us the run around. I really hope that your sales show how bad Finch treats their return customers. More
