Update on prior two reviews. Received a follow up call from Mazda corporate. Most pleasant experience and they seemed to solve my immediate issues with Brickell Mazda and my sale Received a follow up call from Mazda corporate. Most pleasant experience and they seemed to solve my immediate issues with Brickell Mazda and my sales lady. Not sure what they did but they were awesome. So, Mazda itself is not the issue here but the dealership. I just wish that it did not take contacting corporate to resolve issues created by lack of communication and follow through by the salesperson and dealership. As of this writing, I have been contacted by the sales person, reimbursed and promised delivery of items that should have been included with the sale. I hope to receive these in a reasonable amount of time or I will let you know. Please make sure you get everything you are promised before you close the deal. Love my car and my local Team Mazda dealer in Louisiana and corporate Mazda are awesome! Just a bad experience with this particular dealership. Hope this helps other customers get treated as they should. More

Non transparency, lack of communication, promises unfilled. Most frustrating experience I have ever had. I am still waiting for reimbursement for a portion of my shipping as well as my owners manuel. Car arrived in less than detailed condition with white dog hair embedded in carpet and seats dirty and leather worn. This was represented as CPO. Buyer beware of this dealer. Check their rating on BBB. Shame on me for trusting this dealership to do the right thing. Love the car but hated the buying experience! More

I left this dealership after waiting 2-3 hours. let me preface this by saying, I have excellent credit, earn a good income and have a great payment history with Mazda and Nissan. I went there as my lease expired, and had a salesperson make me wait 2 hours, never even made it to the office, never shown a car.... I specifically said, my lease is over, I'd like options.... buy out lease/new car purchase or new car lease. The Finance manager shows me (yes, again never saw a car) 3 proposals for a car yet unseen (another CX5, to which I said I didn't care about color) and after saying what I wish to pay etc, I was shown some ridiculous payments with as much as $5,000 down. It was the worst experience in my life. The finance manager was horrible. Now perspective right.... I called Ocean Mazda.... they offered me a CX5, 2024 with $1,000 down that would be my first month, taxes and a small amount to leave my payments at $375. - what is different. this transaction left such a bad taste in my mouth, that not even Ocean Mazda got my buisiness. I went next door to Palmetto Nissan and got the same deal as Ocean Mazda, but for the Rogue. same amount, same financing. I don't know anyone as Brickell Mazda, wasn't rude, never spoke out of turn except to say thank you I'll wait right here...... so I can't explain the brush off. But I am and will continue to be vocal about the level of service I received. More

Today I bought a pre owned Toyota Tundra from Brickell Mazda. My sales representative, My-Ling Parra, is phenomenal. She went above and beyond throughout the whole transaction. I told her from the start my expectations and she definitely delivered. The Sales Manager, Mich, came over to help seal the deal. As busy as the dealership was today, the total process was stress free and extremely professional. I have been to dealerships where they try to throw in hidden fees and costs.
