Mykal Price is the absolute best salesman. From day one when I walked into the dealership he was very helpful and hardworking. When Mykal showed me the price break down the incorrect model. He promised it was the model we were discussing and this was just an error on the sheet. After four hours in the building and a migraine, I did not notice in finance that the car was actually an entirely different model we had not discussed. Napleton claims no responsibility and the manager is sending me to voicemail with no return call. I will absolutely never purchase another Kia because of this poor customer service. If you want a Kia- go to a different dealer. More
