Terrible dealership with dishonest staff. Took car for service at 17,524 mileage on odometer. Distance from the dealership to my house is 55miles one way.. I enjoyed the effort and Grant was great. But I give it a 3 because I bought the car and was told it needed work which is fine. But then they gave me 3 days where it “may be done”. Nicholas Alvarez was great! The detail department messed up the paint of the hood (used a dirty cloth with sharp item in it. Facility is great. VW does give you good after sales. 2 oil changes are included. That is good. More
