I have been leasing from Mercedes for the past eleven years, and quite honestly, if I hadn't met Turk, I'm unsure if I would have jumped into my 7th M I have been leasing from Mercedes for the past eleven years, and quite honestly, if I hadn't met Turk, I'm unsure if I would have jumped into my 7th Mercedes vehicle today! Intergity and loyalty are everything to me. Without it, I feel transparency and I am unable to trust the person who I am working with. Turk exhibits numerous positive qualities and I truly trust him to help me when it comes to leasing a new vehicle. Every. Single. Time. He is polite, honest, helpful and conscientious. I am thankful that he is a part of the Mercedes Benz sales team, and I wouldn't do business without him. I have done this rodeo seven times, but he treats me like I am a brand new customer each time I walk through the door . He pays attention to what I need in a car/truck, and he goes above and beyond to get me what I want. His attention to detail is tremendous, and he handles my requests efficiently and swiftly. Each transaction is seamless, and I really am thankful for that. I have heard horror stories in regards to leased vehicles and I am grateful to have this go to guy that handles everything in an extremely professional way. Phil Campbell was Great Last week I bought a car at Prestige and from the moment I walked in the door it was such a pleasant experience. Turk showed me cars in the show room and outside when I first dropped in to the dealership. He presented me with all my options on cars, gave me a sheet to go over and instructions to further research on the Prestige website. Then he introduced me to Phil Campbell since he was not going to be there the next day. Phil was amazing: smart, distinguished, knowledgeable, patient, with a no pressure attitude, giving me time to discuss options and financing privately with my husband. He worked out a great price for me and an excellent trade-in for my Lexus. I am loving my new Benz and feel welcome and encouraged to drop into the dealership at any time with questions. Overall a great car buying experience. I would recommend Prestige and highly recommend Phil as a salesman. More
