Dear Mr Lugo, Our sales rep completed what needed to be done. He just did not follow up on the sale. He was supposed to schedule a time for me to come in for some things to be done to the car. However, I have now decided I am not interested in having these things done. Initially my husband and I came in to look at the car because it was advertised as having 76,000 miles. But when we came in it actually had 96,000+ miles! We couldnt help but feel that was deceptive. Which is why my rating was 3. Your survey asked us to rate you and we have never met you which is why I gave one star. I have lived in Brevard since 1962 and Starling has been a long standing business in Brevard. Any business can have an off day or make a mistake. So, I still would recommend Starling to others.
