The service department was great. No issues. When I went to parts to inquire about a new cover for my key fob, the parts advisor told me I need an entire new key and transmitter. I No issues. When I went to parts to inquire about a new cover for my key fob, the parts advisor told me I need an entire new key and transmitter. I explained the transmitter worked, the rubber cover was torn and I wanted a new one. He told me I needed an entire new transmitter for 190.00, not including the fee to sync to my truck. Went to a different Chevrolet Dealer, and bought what I needed for less than 10.00. It was a Chevrolet produced part!! Looks like the Diamond Chevrolet Parts Department was trying to upsell me an item I did not need. Makes me wonder what else am I paying for that I do not need. HHHMMMMMM?!?! More

Service department should be on a use for oil changes, brakes and tires. Everything else is very very expensive to fix. I had to take my truck out of there because of how much they wanted to charge me to brakes and tires. Everything else is very very expensive to fix.
