My overall experience with Premier Kia was exceptional. Sales manager Liam took a personal approach in tailoring an offer for me, and I was then directed to Nathan for the remainder of the sales process wh Sales manager Liam took a personal approach in tailoring an offer for me, and I was then directed to Nathan for the remainder of the sales process who was equally outstanding. The shining star of Premier Kia based on my experience was Business Manager/Financial Coordinator Kenny. I was, to say the least, a difficult customer. Kenny's level of professionalism and personalized interest in my satisfaction and happiness was second to none. He, as well as all staff I worked with, was exactly what you would want in a car dealership. I can't stress enough that Liam and Nathan were great, and Kenny was phenomenal. With ease and confidence I recommend Premier Kia. This dealer was 35 minutes from me, and was chosen over the dealer 10 minutes away. As the proud owner of a new 2014 Kia Sorento, I cannot overstate my overarching satisfaction and true appreciation of the exemplary service I received. Thank you again Liam, Nate, and Kenny. More

I had an Amazing experience at Premiere Kia. Mostly because of Nathan. I had stopped in because I saw a Subaru online that I was interested in test driving. Nathan was able to find the car for me that I saw online and brought me out for a test drive. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He sat with me and explained the car fax as well as ran numbers for me. Unfortunately for me I was not able to purchase the car because it was not in my budget at that time. I am however planning on returning very soon with a trade in to purchase possibly a new Kia. If you want a no pressure, knowledgeable salesperson who knows the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE then please go see Nathan at Premiere Kia. I give him 5 Stars!! More

I started with Nathan as my sales rep. He never made me feel uncomfortable or pressured. Kept professional and friendly, as well as seemingly very product knowledgeable. Later I met Liam, manager. I had some misunderstanding concerning vehicle price, but Liam clearly explained it to me. He was a real gentleman and very customer satisfaction focused. Ken, finance "Guru", was active with me throughout. I explained my financial status and he immediately got some personal figure about me, which helped me relax even more. Ken truly is a man of his word and when he said he would work hard for my financing, he really exceeded my expectations. Overall, great team work and great people. I know it's their job, but they didn't make me feel like it was their job. It felt more like they truly appreciated the opportunity to treat people like people. I could not recommend them enough and other kia dealers should model them. Yes I've been to another kia dealer and was disappointed. But I'm glad I gave kia another chance and I'm super glad I ended up at Premier Kia in Branford, CT. More

I was very impressed with all the staff at Premier Kia, from the time i entered the facility and started looking till the time i finished the sale. The salesman, Nathan, handled himself in a professional friendly manner. He did not pressure me during the test drive or discussion of the car.
