Not only are their sales people a pleasure to work with, but their service department is amazing in much thanks to Grace and Nate. I have to say that Grace is one in a million she always goes above and beyond to make my experience at the service are as pleasant as possible. We are even on a first name basis, and have a number to reach her at any time. You are not just a number in their eyes, you are a person that matters. I would send everyone I know to this dealership. I almost forgot Paul McDaniels what a classy supervisor at Flagship, is the reason I stop purchasing BMW's. He isn't just a person I go to to purchase my cars through he is also an great friend that I met at BMW in 2001. Last but not less Marc Limage how can you forget about him when it comes to dedication and time Marc is your guy, when I purchased my ML 350 he educated me on the vehicle like I was going to school for the first day when was amazing thanks again to everyone at Flagship for the AMAZING service I get every time I come there.
