Nathan was my salesman, he was friendly and got the job done. I was paying cash for the car yet was asked to wait for the finance department for over 45 minutes just so they could attempt to upsale me eve done. I was paying cash for the car yet was asked to wait for the finance department for over 45 minutes just so they could attempt to upsale me everything warranty related. Car was not detailed and was filthy, they had to replace a door seal and the car was left there 5 days upon purchase to get that seal replaced and detailed. Arrived to pick up the car and they had forgot to detail it. Having to take the car back and drop it off for the detail that should have been done while it was there a week. Not happy about that. Nathan should have made sure that was completed before he called me to come pick it up. Aggravating as my time is valuable. More
