Nathan was absolutely wonderful. He saw us in the parking lot and walked up and introduced himself. I asked about the different models of Tellurides and he answered my questions with He saw us in the parking lot and walked up and introduced himself. I asked about the different models of Tellurides and he answered my questions without even looking at the window stickers. He didn't NEED to look at the stickers, he knew his product extremely well and didn't need to consult the window stickers. I was impressed!!! We then decided to take a test drive in the Telluride EX. Nathan accompanied us on the ride (which was a good thing as I don't know my way around Broken Arrow that well). He directed me every step of the way...thank you Nathan! We got back to the dealership and went into his office. He told me the final price of the vehicle, introduced me to the sales manager and we all talked a while, just about life in general. I decided to go home and sleep on it. I was NEVER pressured by anyone at this dealership, which I greatly appreciate. I really knew that the Telluride was my new car but I still wanted to go home and think about it. The next day, I contacted Nathan and told him that I wanted that beautiful red Telluride. He told me that it would be ready for me when I arrived and it was. We did the paperwork, signed all the papers and then went into Darrell Coyer's office for a presentation on extended warranty and road hazard warranty. He was very pleasant also and knew his product well. He was also very kind, even when my husband (he was worn out from all the activity of the day) was being belligerent. I also wanted to sleep on this decision too. Darrell told me that would be fine and that he would be back in the office on Saturday. I told him that I would contact him on Saturday to let him know our decision. We signed the papers on the extended warranty on Monday. Now back to Nathan. He walked out to the car with us, got in the back seat and started pointing out all the features of the car, helped me set up the bluetooth, showed me where the wipers turned on and off, cruise control, the knob to switch between eco, comfort, sport, the switch to turn on the headlights, etc. He contacted me the next day to make sure that we liked our new vehicle and of course, I said yes!!! I also asked Nathan about all weather floor mats and a floor liner for behind the 2nd row seats. Nathan checked on them for me to see if they would need to order them or if they were in stock. He told me they were in stock and would I like for him to reserve them for me? I replied yes and drove over to pick them up. I must say that my experience at this dealership was top notch. I would DEFINITELY recommend Nathan and Ferguson Kia to anyone seeking to buy a car. Again, I feel Nathan went above and beyond for us. Great job, Nathan!!! I will DEFINITELY look him up when it's time for a new car again. More
