After we got our new Honda HR-V home we noticed a blemish on a door. It looked like it was in the paint but turned out to be a dimple due to damage. It could have been done before or after we took possession on a door. It looked like it was in the paint but turned out to be a dimple due to damage. It could have been done before or after we took possession, we don't know. I took the car back and Nathan got the body shop Mgr to look at it. He rubbed some stuff on it and the discoloration disappeared (there is still a tiny dimple). They didn't charge us anything and handled it very quickly. More

The staff was very professional and easy to deal with. They were not on commission and interested in our best interest. They had a better selection than other car lots. Bad job on refusing to take order about 9 months ago and further insult with low~ball trade value not even close to blue book trade value of $18000. He offered $14000. I sold for $18,000. Walk in after Honda tried the same thing when my car arrive. Called Nathan he had an Elite which we bought for cash. Nathan was terrific… I will leave it there! Very happy with the Elite! More
