Deceptive practices. Was texted an invoice for what I believed was a new bronco sport which had 74 miles on the invoice. It showed the price from the manager too. My husband and I went there the next day, he test drove the car since he had never drove one, he has some eye loss looking down/reading. We both liked the car, it wasn’t until we were in the manager’s office signing finance papers that the mgr said you got the car cheaper since it was a loaner. I said I thought it was new, he said you test drove the car, I said no my husband did. Silence, we went thru with the deal because we liked the car but it had 1300 miles and we were tired of bait and switch with all dealerships. Ie— Can’t get this rebate or can’t combine rebates, etc. Got a letter from GM at their Jacksonville dealership to contact them if any issues. We tried 3 times, no call back. Will contract Ford. More
