I drove in at 7:30 when they opened. Trying to leave town. I told them that but my car was saying low battery thought I should play it safe. 45 mins later they say they need to unload my Trying to leave town. I told them that but my car was saying low battery thought I should play it safe. 45 mins later they say they need to unload my rear hatch to get to battery. It was fully packed. For my trip. Told them they replaced the battery last year. Under warranty. Took them 2.5 hrs to replace my battery. Ugh. Nothing ever happens quick. There. Still no service manager there More

When we bought a car, they say they will provide the good care. They said that they will take care of everything because they are a very professional team that they review the I don’t know how many points to care. Everything was just a selling strategy, I’m so disappointed with the way that they provide customer care. We just trust on them but certainly they were lying. They never answer back our calls.
