We've owned our truck for 1 year. This was my first and most likely last service visit to Sunshine Chevy. Scheduled a tire rotation and state inspection, that I was waiting on site This was my first and most likely last service visit to Sunshine Chevy. Scheduled a tire rotation and state inspection, that I was waiting on site to be completed. My arrival was fine, Neal suggested I could sit in the large waiting area while I waited. I was originally told the appt would not take longer than 45 minutes. After an hour, I went to check on my vehicle. Another associate asked if they could help me and I asked if my truck was done. He discovered my keys and work order sitting on another podium. Apparently my vehicle work had been completed but no one told me. The Associate noted that Neal had left and did not advise him about my waiting status. No consideration for my time waiting, I was NOT in and out in a TIMELY manner. Next, when I asked where my vehicle was, the Associate pointed out into the parking lot. My truck was left UNLOCKED in an unattended parking lot at the dealership with my personal possession in it. Who does that??? I am extremely disappointed. Additionally, I had mentioned to Neal at check-in that I had a "first visit coupon" from the dealership that I forgot at home. I would have thought this is a standard practice and maybe he would have offered to apply it. But nope. I also left a message the next day for the service manager, who never returned my call. Insult to injury. More
