The service advisor was decent, but the technicians did not put effort into their inspection when completing the works oil change. They reported I needed front brakes soon, and back rotors had some pitting not put effort into their inspection when completing the works oil change. So I wouldn’t trust their inspection of a vehicle during an oil change. More

But I noticed that it was pressure washed. Not clean but no mud. This was unexpected and I'm grateful. More

I was shopping around for new tires and called Klaben Lincoln of Warren. Niall in the Service Department took my call and gave me all the information I needed to make a definitive choice. He answered every question I had, carefully checking all the details (numbers and specs), comparing them to a quote I had already been given from another business. Niall was friendly, patient, easy-going, and super nice. It was like talking to a friend, actually. His whole demeanor made me feel very comfortable and confident to make the appointment with them (Klaben). These days, so many people are sloppy, distant, and lazy over the phone. But, NOT the people at Klaben! Since purchasing my car from them, anytime I’ve called there over the years, it’s ALWAYS been a good experience. The people they hire are truly attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and nice. When I arrived at the dealership, Niall had all my paperwork in order, informed me about some available options, etc. He went above and beyond to help me with the rebate paperwork, as well, carefully breaking down what to expect after my visit with the forthcoming rebates they were offering at the time of my purchase.
