I came in with a straightforward desire to buy a car I saw on a posting at the posted price. I called and said I was making over an hour drive to the dealership. Norm Reeves had difficulty honoring the ad saw on a posting at the posted price. I called and said I was making over an hour drive to the dealership. Norm Reeves had difficulty honoring the advertised price. They justified it saying all dealerships are dishonest. Eventually, they honored the price after I had to threaten legal action under the DTPA. I was then placed in a locked room and pressured to buy nonsensical warranties and lied to about what those warranties covered. At the end of this grueling 7 hours of deceit, I was asked to lie on this survey and say everything was great so that the salesman could get his bonus. More
