He helped make the purchase of my new car completely stress free. I wasn’t quite sure that I wanted the GLE 450 but he arranged for me to have a loaner for a weekend so that I could get acclimated to having a larger vehicle when I returned it, I immediately ordered the vehicle that I wanted with all the bells and whistles, and he was able to locate one for me, and have it sent here to Florida I am thrilled with this vehicle and the service that I got from Crown Eurocars. There are two Mercedes dealers here in Pinellas County and not only is Crown number one in sales, but their service department is also extraordinarily excellent I wouldn’t go to another dealer for any future purchases. Nicholas was there for me every step of the way and made sure I was stress free throughout the entire process. Also, Daniel Palladino who helped with financing made me feel comfortable and stress free in the process as well. Both Nicholas and Daniel made my car buying process completely stress free. Nicholas made sure someone came and showed me how everything in the car works. These two make finding a new car a breeze! I am so thankful to them for helping me with my car purchase! More
