I got the complete opposite it was more of a family feel. He was a 100% mopar guy. I didn't purchase a dodge product being that it was a used vechicle, but if i did this is the guy to see. Him and the staff was very honest and straight forward. Also to finish a big thanks to the service department did exception job on the brakes job and oil change that was done even tho the car was sold as is. More

I was not pressured into buying anything rather I was provided all of the facts and numbers in order to make an informed decision. After I made my purchasing decision I met with Nick Anello in finance to do the paperwork. Nick was very helpful and explained each number in detail and made the financial end of the process very easy. Back when I was 20 years old I had a 1972 Challenger and wanted another one as a retirement present to myself.It is a 2018 color that wasn't available until mid-March and I got a very superlative deal and price from Bryan Hughes that was way better than any other NJ dealer. If I wanted a better deal I would have had to go to North Carolina. I planted seeds with Bryan approximately 2 years ago, with my quest to buy this specific color Challenger. He was like a younger brother(that I never had), to me and treated me with the utmost respect and knew how compassionate I was to acquire this car. He had a VERY tight budget and John was the only one to honor his budget and not upsell us to a more expensive used car. We agreed on a great price with John and Nick was great to work with filling out and signing all of the paperwork. Lastly, Kim was amazing, too. She kept us updated as we traveled 1 1/2 hours to the dealership about the status of the vehicle, answered all of our questions, and even went out to the car to make sure it didn't have a smoke smell. I can't recommend them enough! More
