Helpful staff but hard to get a hold of service advisors when a call is missed. also I was only contacted an hour before my appointment to be told that my requested repair could not be completed in that tim when a call is missed. also I was only contacted an hour before my appointment to be told that my requested repair could not be completed in that time frame. I had visited a previous local Honda dealer prior to coming to International Honda. I could immediately tell that this experience would be much better. Nick proceeded to walk me through the car I was coming to International Honda. I could immediately tell that this experience would be much better. Nick proceeded to walk me through the car I was interested in, popping the hood and explaining how the engine worked. During the test drive he explained how all the features worked and answered any questions I had. When Nick had something come up unexpectedly he had his colleague Jordan fill in. Jordan was also knowledgeable and great to work with. The whole car buying process was easy with Nick, Jordan and the team at International Honda. More
