My Review of Newbold Toyota Scion:
Nick Erlinger met us with a Large Smile and with information that we were thinking to ask to buy a car. Nick seated use at table and answer all our question for buying a car and also gave us information about other automobile that was available for us to pick from.

Nick was very intelligent about our old car that we were turning into him. He also was very patient in explaining everything on the car that we wanted to buy. I thank he was and excellent salesman.

When it is time to have a check on our new car he said to telephone him and he would be glad to help us in anyway he could.

My Review of Newbold Toyota Scion:
They were very friendly accomodating to what I needed. They also allowed me to test drive and sat down and talked with me of what I was thinking as a buyer. They were honest and forth right with all information on the car. I even worked with more then just one person because the sales rep. I was working with had to step out someone else helped me. I would refer anyone to them for sales used and/or new and also they have always been great with auto work for me as well.

My Review of Newbold Toyota Scion:
We've purchased 2 new Toyotas in the last 2 years. One from Newbold and one from a dealership in St. Louis. Nick is the person we've always dealt with at Newbold. His commitment to customer service is extraordinary. We've always had BOTH vehicles serviced at Newbold. Nick has made getting service easy. We call Nick, he picks up and delivers the vehicles to me and my wife while we're at work. THAT'S what I call dedication to customer service and that's why when we're ready to buy new vehicles we'll be talking to Nick! I wouldn't even CONSIDER buying a vehicle from anyone else before talking to Nick. He is always friendly, always considerate. I feel as well as giving GREAT customer service after a sale, we got a fair deal on the vehicle we did buy from Newbold.

The quality of service has always been great. We've never had any problems and have never been any less than totally satisfied with the service and the great condition the vehicles are in when returned to us.

The only category I cannot in good faith rate as "great" is price. And I don't even consider THAT a negative. Just being honest. I COULD find a place to get an oil change and inspection cheaper....but I feel that CHEAPER is what you get. When I consider the excellent customer service, the peace of mind I have with the knowledge of the service staff, the convenience Nick builds into the experience AND that I KNOW the vehicle will be returned clean and in great shape..... I am willing to pay more. When you buy service, you're buying the entire service experience. The value you get for the service has got to be considered.

My Review of Newbold Toyota Scion:
I have dealt with Newbold Toyota since 2003 and have purchased 4 vehicles from them. Nick Erlinger's customer service has always been nothing less than outstanding and I have always been satisfied with the price I have paid for the cars. Nick even goes the extra mile by taking my vehicles in for maintenance when needed and always makes sure it is washed before it is returned. The maintenance I have gotten on the cars by their service department has been excellent and they are not pushy when you say no to something they recommend be done. I have always received friendly, courteous service from Newbold in a no pressure environment. I highly recommend them and will be back to purchase another vehicle from them.

My Review of Newbold Toyota Scion:
We had a good idea of what we wanted when we went having researched through consumer reports. Nick helped us get exactly what we wanted for a price that was right on line with what consumer reports quoted as best price. He was patient with me as this was my very first new car, answered all our questions and at no time did we feel pressured to do anything we were unsure of. He even got us a better interest rate!

My Review of Newbold Toyota Scion:
This new Venza was my second new vehicle purchase from Newbold. I worked with Nick Erlinger who provided me with excellent service from the first time I visited the showroom in Jan 2011 until July when I made my purchase. He has contacted me several time since to ensure that I am fully satisfied with my Venza and have followed up on some additional items. He was great to work with. He was always available via phone and in person. He always either had answers to my questions or found them. The vehicle I wanted was not readily available but he was able to locate one and get it to me. I could have gone to St. Louis for my purchase but I chose Newbold again because of Nick Erlinger.
