After bringing my car in for a recall the part that was being Replaced failed a week later. I had to use my warranty to replace the part that was working prior to recall. It took 14 days to replace the par being Replaced failed a week later. I had to use my warranty to replace the part that was working prior to recall. It took 14 days to replace the part. And numerous calls from me for updates on my car as I was not getting any feedback from the shop. Upon receiving my car finally I was told that they were still fighting with Kia to get payment to their technician. Which honestly is not my problem and I didn't need That information as that is a inner office problem and not my problem. During the 2 weeks that I did not have my car, I was not offered a loner car and had to make arrangements on my own to drive over the two weeks. Ultimately the car was taken care of and I appreciate the work.However I believe it was not handled very well initially. More

No body is in sync when it comes to sales, finance and especially service. Horrible service by service department. Car came in with a chip in windshield. I stopped by the very next day to show it to them especially service. Horrible service by service department. Car came in with a chip in windshield. I stopped by the very next day to show it to them and get it fixed. Didn’t get appointment for next 4 weeks but I was told it’d be $35 and it will be covered since thats how I got the vehicle. Comes the time to fix it now it’s suddenly $60 and its not covered because whoever told me that it’ll be covered did not put comments about it. Not the first time the sales department has been absolutely disappointing. Will be taking down my google reviews for this dealership and writing a new one to reflect the actual experience rather than what they tell me to write. More
