I used to visit RBM for all my repairs, since i move to Gwinnett, I have had nothing but good service from ACC. I recently purchased a car from Nick Karaca. Over the past 5-years, I have had the distinct pleasure of working with Nick Karacha. Today, 3/12/2013, has been especially pleasing. I had recieved the Mercedes Benz email regarding several owners' experi of working with Nick Karacha. Today, 3/12/2013, has been especially pleasing. I had recieved the Mercedes Benz email regarding several owners' experiences with their cars. I was about to write of mine relating to my 2010 C-300, which I purchased in October of 2012, but then I realized that there was a 2010 C-350 available. I spoke briefly with Nick, and without any fuss, and minimal negotiations, Nick again, succeeded to get me the deal - for a perfect birthday gift, tomorrow, March 14th. I must also say that Nick's approach is befitting of the "consumate professional" - courteous and knowledegeable. the Sales Staff at this pre-woned facility has treated me with the utmost respect. They are always willing and able to help. Nick's first offer is for the "courtesy wash", then refreshements. This, being my fourth visit and purchase, I think I have found my favorite dealership and my "Champion Salesman" in Nick Karacha. It is truly refreshing to know that the car-buying experience can be hassle-free and actually an enjoyable one. Thank you so very much, Nick. Charles More

After careful consideration, I decided to purchase a certified pre owner Mercedes. I am not one big on going back and forth dealing for a good price for a car. I walked into Atlanta Classic cars (right after having a root canal~;), I met Nick Karacas and I told him upfront what I wanted and expected and I told him if he could make it happen then fine otherwise I was not going back and forth and I didn't have all day. He listened to what I said, he was very respectful of my wishes and time and he made it happen! I actually got more than I bargained for with little hassle or haggle! He took his time to go over every detail of this custom equipped vehicle that I purchased. He even called the Satellite radio company to set up my account before I drove off. I was very pleased and will recommend Nick to anyone who wants a simplified car dealing experience. Thanks Nick. More
