I. Called to see if your dealership had a tire for my 2026 Trailblazer,. Because I had an unfortunate incident. I can’t remember who I talk to they (yes) and bring down, and they could do it. Well after driving 15 miles to the dealership.and waiting almost 2 hours. Your service man, come up to me says, (you didn’t) have a tire. But was going to have a different tire that was compatible to mine.This is not what I wanted, to hear. So I drove there for nothing! Wasting time, gas. Just to be told, that they had to order the tire, I had just brought the car two days prior. I have a 36,000 3 year bumper to bumper warranty.! So ok, I know, I would have to purchase the tire. No problem, but I don’t believe I should b have to pay for the remount. Other than that. Your service is ok Thank you Wayne More

They don’t even take the time to inform you about what’s happening with your vehicle. They give you a date but then take 7 days to complete a repair that they themselves caused. Customer service is always great here ! They make you feel seen and comfortable. I appreciated the text updates and approval process for additional service. They each cost over 80 dollars and looked very dirty. This was my first service since my warranty dropped and it was just a little off putting that it wasn’t something that completed before hand when it might have been covered prior. However , this dealership has always been honest prior and I am not too worried about it. I always suggest Findlay Chevrolet when people say they need a new vehicle and will continue too. More

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from the service department, specifically regarding the lack of returned phone calls from Nick. Additionally, I am concerned about service I received from the service department, specifically regarding the lack of returned phone calls from Nick. Additionally, I am concerned about the discrepancy in the mileage recorded on my vehicle. Upon dropping off my vehicle, I documented the trip A and trip B mileage as zero. However, upon pickup, the odometer indicated an additional 1,571 miles. I intend to formally file a complaint to address these issues. More
