Ive never been lectured by a sales manager because of an offer I made on a vehicle. Tell me it's ridiculous but don't tell if he had known that was going to be my offer he would have told me to stay home!! Really. should have walked out right then especially after his as ridiculous offer back. Any how I drove there fully intending to make a purchase. Ive owned over 10 brand new vehicles in my 67 years of life. current is a 2019 Ram Limited Pickup and a 2023 Palisade Calligraphy. So we can rule out the possibility of any future SALES to me/my family or anyone else I might be able to influence. Bottom line is we ended up $300 apart but that was only after my wife and I were almost 200 miles down the road. I really felt bad for Kevin for his loss of a sale and the great job he did assisting us. As for Nick I have nothing good to say about the experience we had with him. I wanted to do a review but decided not to. Hopefully this will reach somebody that it matters to unless that the way business is always done there. More

I love going to Gateway because they always have a huge selection, knowledgeable staff, a welcoming lobby and sales floor, and I know I will never be pressured into anything I don't want. This is my 8th ve selection, knowledgeable staff, a welcoming lobby and sales floor, and I know I will never be pressured into anything I don't want. This is my 8th vehicle from there and Kevin Nordick and Nick Lindstrom are two of the best people to work with hands down. Their patience with me as I decipher between which vehicle and model I want I'd stellar. I couldn't ask for anyone better to work with. More

Tim was great to work with! We had an appointment and both cars we wanted to look at were ready for a test drive when we showed up 30 min early. Working with Tim Brandt and Nissan was a great experience and a very easy process. Tim was very helpful with the process and showed me everything that I needed to know about the vehicle. I suggested a few colors of a specific car and they found me one that was dark but different and I love the car. I would suggest Gateway Nissan and Tim Brandt and the staff to anyone willing to purchase a vehicle.
