The salesman was helpful, cheerful and pleasant. The numbers guy was sneaky, and slimy. I asked why my financing amount was so high, he mentioned taxes and did not mention the $3500 warranty. We expected them to be "nice" and we expected them to be "professional of the overwhelming kindness and professionalism my family and I experienced. We expected them to be "nice" and we expected them to be "professional", but we didn't expect to experience "kindness", which is made my family and myself to feel "warm, welcome & wanted".
