Nick is amazing! A little backstory, my car was totaled and my time on my rental was coming to an end. I was so worried about how I would be able to do anything witho A little backstory, my car was totaled and my time on my rental was coming to an end. I was so worried about how I would be able to do anything without a car. I went to Royal with plans only to window shop because they had a beautiful used Toyota Venza on their lot. As soon as me and my sister arrived, Nick just so happened to be passing by and greeted us immediately. He brought the car out and we took it for a test drive, all the while being very knowledgeable about the features. As soon as we got back to the dealership, I never imagined I’d be walking out the same day with a car, but Nick made it happen. He really went above and beyond because there were definitely a few close calls with our credit not being great. I can’t thank him enough for the time he spent taking care of us and the back and forth he spent working on making the numbers work for us. He was also very transparent with everything from the numbers to the add-ons and warranties. I never felt pressured or pushed into anything like at other dealerships in the past. We are also planning on getting another used car within the next couple of years and best believe Nick is on speed-dial. More
