I did a warranty repair for two items, and they really delivered for me as I had an early am family trip for Labor Day weekend. A loaner was available and they even did a quick car wash for me. The service rep was honest about not knowing my cars history, but pointed out a few things like tire wear that will need to be addressed. I was upset that dealer charges $125.00 per issue to check each item that is wrong. Why penalize the customer when service is already expensive and you are paying to fix the issue.
