They put a new transmission last year I use only two months and the transmission is broken again it’s, almost 2 weeks My truck is in the shop. Corwin service did a good job with the repair and the customer service was fantastic. Ford fell on their face with releasing a tech which did not have complete system support which even stumped their en customer service was fantastic. I took my truck in because of some weird sounds. They said the fixed them but all noises are still there. If they drove the truck after fixing it they would know they didn't fix the right thing. I honestly felt a disconnect between the Service Dept and the Quick Service side... the Service Dept promises quick turnaround times and quality service at the Quick Service, but after a 2 hour wait all I go the Quick Service side... the Service Dept promises quick turnaround times and quality service at the Quick Service, but after a 2 hour wait all I got was a LOF and tire rotation and claims of ignorance regarding a diagnosis of the main issue that I came in for 2K miles early for a regular 5k LOF. To truly diagnose my issue, I must apparently schedule an additional appointment with the Service Dept...where the truly trained mechanics are employed??? I just recently purchased the vehicle from Corwin Ford and was hoping for a better experience than I received, while looking for a long term maintenance option versus doing my own at home service. More
