I absolutely loved the experience I had at Anderson BMW/ BMW of Crystal Lake. The staff working there were all incredibly welcoming and friendly. And they were so attentive to any and every need. Nico was very helpful in getting me started on my Mazda journey when I arrived at the dealership and all the way through the process. He talked me through the options, helped me pick the one that fit my ne journey when I arrived at the dealership and all the way through the process. He talked me through the options, helped me pick the one that fit my needs and worked to make the process as easy as possible. Mike in finance was also great in getting payment options sorted and helping to finalize the purchase…and gave me some great tips on local places to check out since I’m not from the area! Both ladies that I worked with at the front desk were super helpful too. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, great to work with and made this process easy and fun. More
